To achieve a luxurious bitter taste, we use 70% organic couverture chocolate 

Don’t be afraid dear, the sweet taste comes from organic sorghum sugar, a natural sweetener that will not inflame our bodies. 

And if you avoid gluten, our flour comes from sorghum, an ancient heritage grain that is nutrient dense. 

Enjoy the crunchy texture in every bite that comes from the cashew nuts.  Really gut friendly because cashew is a fiber and protein boost right? 

Oh yeah, should I tell you?  The milky taste comes from grassfed butter, when cows graze freely in the pasture
